僅就我了解的部份提供回答，給您作參考： 1. as to 是片語，在這裡可解釋為「針對」。 2. be used to Ving意思是「習慣於」，如 She is used to washing hands before eating. 她習慣吃東西先洗手。您這句是「櫻花開花的時間傳統上是用來決定種田的季節...」。兩種用法意思不同。 3. on是面的接觸，at是指在旁邊，是一個範圍，如at the table是在桌子旁邊。我想這裡不是指一定要放在櫻樹的根上面，直接與根做接觸，而是指在樹根邊，所以用at。 4. usually是頻率副詞，頻率副詞一般放在beV之後，一般動詞之前。這裡有beV--is，所以放在beV之後。注意，副詞是修飾動詞或形容詞，所以它的位置與名詞無關。 2008-03-19 09:56:29 補充： 很高興有為您解答了大部份的疑問。不過那也表示您還有疑問。 不知這裡是否可以一問一答，如果可以，關於這幾句，您還有什麼疑問，也可以再提出來。我若知道一定為您解答！

真的太好了!不曉得以後有問題是否可以再跟您請教~asto解釋為「針對」,是否可以把as當作while看,to當介系詞看呢?還是一定要當作一組介系詞呢?而改成TheJapaneseweatherbureauevenmakesannouncementsofwhenandwherethebestblossomscanbeseen.是否也可以通呢?
